1. Our Service
FreshSite Portables ("we", "us") operates a free referral service. When you call the number on this page, we connect you with an independent, third-party portable toilet rental provider serving your area. We do not own, deliver, or service rental units ourselves. Any rental agreement, pricing, delivery, servicing, and pickup is between you and the provider you are connected to, and is subject to that provider's own terms, unit availability, and service area.
2. Pricing & Rental Period
Rates are quoted by the provider and confirmed with you before booking. Extensions, additional units, or extra service visits are arranged directly with the provider at rates agreed at the time of the request.
3. Placement & Site Conditions
The customer designates the placement location and confirms it is on their property or that they have permission to use it. Units must be placed on firm, level ground within reach of the delivery truck. Units may not be relocated by anyone other than the provider's team. Where placement on public property is required, any necessary municipal permit is the customer's responsibility unless arranged otherwise with the provider.
4. Servicing & Access
Servicing (pumping, cleaning, deodorizing, and restocking) is provided by the provider according to the schedule agreed at booking. The customer agrees to keep the service path clear of vehicles, locked gates, and obstructions at scheduled service times. If a unit cannot be safely accessed, the provider may charge a return-trip fee and reschedule the missed service.
5. Proper Use & Prohibited Items
Units are designed for sanitary waste and the supplied paper products only. Trash, construction debris, chemicals, solvents, and other foreign materials must not be placed in the tanks; additional handling fees may be charged by the provider if such materials are found. Units may not be used in unsafe or unlawful ways.
6. Care of Equipment
The customer is responsible for the units while they are on site, including damage beyond normal wear, vandalism, graffiti, fire, or tipping caused by site activity. Weather-related tipping should be reported to the provider immediately.
7. Cancellations
Cancellation and rescheduling terms are set by the provider and confirmed at booking. Cancellations after a truck has been dispatched may be subject to a trip fee.
8. Sanitation & Hygiene
Units are cleaned and stocked by the provider prior to delivery. If you have a concern about the condition of a unit on arrival, contact the provider promptly so it can be addressed.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the acts, omissions, pricing, or service quality of any third-party provider, or for indirect or consequential losses, including event disruption, project delays, loss of use, or lost income.
10. Phone Calls & Communication
By calling the number on this page, you consent to be connected or transferred to a third-party rental provider and to be contacted regarding your service request, including by phone or text message. Calls may be recorded for quality and training purposes. We do not sell your personal information.
11. Privacy
We collect only the information needed to connect you with a provider (such as your phone number and general location). This information is shared with the provider solely to fulfil your request and is handled with reasonable care and security.
